EF2 Linux Server Installation Help

Hello, I am the Fleet Admiral of the Hungarian Gamer Fleet (Star Trek & Multigaming Clan) (http://hgfleet.scifi.hu)

I need some help, maybe your clan (SFU) can help me a bit

I want to start an Elite Force 2 server on Linux (Debian 5 32 bit), but i receive an error message:

./linuxef2ded: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I made all things, that i found in the 1.1 linux server readme, but it doesnt works...

I saw that the SFU have an Elite Force Linux Server, and i thought that anyone here can help me
Pls respond, maybe you can help me, or send the linux server files that the SFU use and works

Please try first:
sudo apt-get install libstdc++2.10-glibc2.2

This should install the library, which is obviously not avaible on you machine right now.

Then try to start the server with the following command:

./linuxef2ded +set developer 1 +set com_printwarnings 1 +set dedicated 2 +exec server.cfg +set net_port 29001

So it will show you all error messages, please set the port as you need it.
Please report back, if everything worked all right!

Unfortunately it doesnt worked

When i typed that command, i received this error message: E: Couldn't find package libstdc++2.10-glibc2.2

apt-get install libstdc++2.10-glibc2.2
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Couldn't find package libstdc++2.10-glibc2.2

I tried to search for solutions, i downloaded packages and moved into /usr/lib/ ... etc..... but the result was the same...

If you have any ideas, pls respond
